History

A significant growth journey

Since inception in 2011, NTG has demonstrated significant financial and organisational growth through organic development, including establishment of start-ups in existing and new markets, supported by merger and acquisition (M&A) activities. NTG was listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen on 9 October 2019.

The visionary sector entrepreneur
NTG was established in 2011 as a result of the vision of seasoned transport sector entrepreneur, Jørgen Hansen, who wanted to create a leading, European company via partnerships of excellent small- and medium-sized players in the industry.

At its 10-year anniversary, NTG had performed 27 acquisitions, established 33 start-ups, and had operational activities in 23 countries worldwide.

Rapid expansion through acquisitions and start-ups
NTG has experienced an incredible growth journey since inception in 2011. Grown out of Denmark to the north, east, south, and west, NTG has transformed into a global player with presence in multiple geographies.
