Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup
GROUP CEO
Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup is registered with the Danish Business Authority as CEO and member of the Executive Management.
Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup joined NTG in 2020 and assumed the position as Executive Vice President for M&A and Corporate Development until his appointment as Group CEO in April 2024.
Prior to joining NTG, Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup had several years of experience within corporate finance from a number of leading investment banks. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Management (Cand. Oecon.) from Aarhus University.

Tinneke Torpe
Group CFO
Tinneke Torpe joined NTG in 2026 as Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO).
She brings more than 25 years of extensive finance experience, covering governance, risk management and compliance, IFRS-based financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, accounting and auditing.
Throughout her career, Tinneke has held senior finance leadership roles in large, international organisations with global operations such as The Maersk Group including APM Terminals in Mexico City and Svitzer, KPMG in Copenhagen and Amsterdam, TP Aerospace and FLSmidth.
As financial governance and transparency continue to play a critical role in supporting growth and strategic decision-making, Tinneke will be instrumental in strengthening NTG’s financial foundation and supporting the Group’s long-term strategic ambitions.
Tinneke holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School.

Jesper E.Petersen
CEO Road & Logistics
Jesper E. Petersen joined NTG in 2016 as CEO of NTG’s Road & Logistics division. He has more than 40 years’ experience within freight forwarding and has previously held senior management positions within other large companies in the industry, including European leadership positions.
During his career he has worked and lived in Italy and Germany for a total of 15 years. In addition to vast industry experience, Jesper E. Petersen brings an entrepreneurial mindset, having built, led, and successfully exited a freight forwarding company in Italy. Jesper E. Petersen is the President of the Danish Freight Forwarders Association.

Carsten Trolle
CEO Air & Ocean
Carsten Trolle joined NTG in 2026 as Chief Executive Officer of the Air & Ocean Division. Carsten brings more than 35 years of experience from the global freight forwarding and logistics industry. Prior to joining NTG, he spent more than three decades with DSV, where he held a range of senior leadership roles, including CEO of DSV Air & Sea Holding and President of DSV North America. Over the course of his career, he has progressed through both commercial, operational and executive management positions, giving him deep end‑to‑end insight into the Air & Ocean business.
His experience spans large‑scale international operations, organisational development, restructuring and M&A, primarily within complex, global environments across Europe and North America. Carsten is recognised for his strong operational focus and ability to drive performance, scale organisations and execute strategy in highly competitive markets.
As NTG continues to develop and strengthen its Air & Ocean platform, Carsten will play a key role in driving growth, operational excellence and strategic execution across the division.

Daniel Leegaard Heede
Group CIO
Daniel Leegaard Heede joined NTG in 2025 as Group Chief Information Officer (Group CIO). He brings deep experience across the IT domain, including global application operations and development, infrastructure architecture, and the integration of IT in M&A contexts.
Daniel has more than a decade of experience in IT leadership and transformation, driving large-scale digital initiatives across international organisations. During his career, he has held leadership positions both outside and within the industry. As digitalisation continues to transform freight forwarding through enhanced visibility and efficiency, leveraging IT as a strategic resource is more important than ever. Daniel will be instrumental in further advancing NTG’s digital and strategic goals.
