Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup
GROUP CEO
Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup is registered with the Danish Business Authority as CEO and member of the Executive Management.
Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup joined NTG in 2020 and assumed the position as Executive Vice President for M&A and Corporate Development until his appointment as Group CEO in April 2024.
Prior to joining NTG, Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup had several years of experience within corporate finance from a number of leading investment banks. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Management (Cand. Oecon.) from Aarhus University.

Christian D. Jakobsen
Group CFO
Christian D. Jakobsen joined NTG in 2018 as Group CFO. He has more than 20 years’ experience within finance, accounting, and freight forwarding, and has previously held several senior financial positions within the transport industry, both in Denmark and abroad.
Christian D. Jakobsen spent 8 years in Germany in a managing position and has extensive experience with integration of companies, M&A, restructuring and process optimisation. Christian D. Jakobsen has a background as a Big Four auditor, bringing extensive experience of working with both large private and publicly listed companies.

Jesper E.Petersen
CEO Road & Logistics
Jesper E. Petersen joined NTG in 2016 as CEO of NTG’s Road & Logistics division. He has more than 40 years’ experience within freight forwarding and has previously held senior management positions within other large companies in the industry, including European leadership positions.
During his career he has worked and lived in Italy and Germany for a total of 15 years. In addition to vast industry experience, Jesper E. Petersen brings an entrepreneurial mindset, having built, led, and successfully exited a freight forwarding company in Italy. Jesper E. Petersen is the President of the Danish Freight Forwarders Association.

Peter Grubert
Executive Vice President
Peter Grubert joined NTG in 2020 as Executive Vice President. From 2014-2020, he served on the Board of Directors of NTG and chaired the IPO Committee in connection with the listing of NTG in 2019.
He has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney-at-law, working primarily with M&A and corporate and commercial law.
As an attorney-at-law, he has been admitted to the Danish Supreme Court. Peter Grubert holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen and a Graduate Diploma (HD) in finance from Copenhagen Business School. Peter Grubert has been an external lecturer in Mergers & Acquisitions at the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School.

Diederick de Vroet
CEO AIR & OCEAN
Dutch-born Diederick de Vroet joined NTG in 2025 as CEO of NTG Air & Ocean, bringing extensive experience in the freight forwarding industry.
During his career, he spent a decade in Asia, gaining valuable international expertise and holding several senior leadership positions at major global logistics companies, both in Asia and beyond. With a hands-on leadership style and a strong global perspective, Diederick is well-positioned to drive NTG Air & Ocean’s continued growth and expansion in an evolving industry.
