NTG | Nordic Transport Group is pleased to announce the successful closing of the acquisition of DTK, following the signing of the agreement in March.

The acquisition has now been approved by all relevant authorities, allowing NTG and DTK to commence their collaboration, laying the foundation for a smooth partnership process and the realisation of anticipated mutual benefits.

DTK, a full-service, end-to-end logistics solutions provider, specialises in full- and part-load general cargo and temperature-controlled road freight services.

Headquartered in Padborg, DTK operates from eight locations across Denmark, Germany, Sweden, and the UK, employing approximately 195 staff. The acquisition is expected to achieve annual synergies of DKK 24 million once DTK is fully integrated.

The integration of DTK into NTG is expected to create significant synergies, boosting our operational capabilities and expanding our market reach.

We believe this strategic acquisition will elevate our position in the transport and logistics market, and we look forward to starting this new chapter, leveraging the combined strengths of NTG and DTK.
