We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to manage and optimize freight operations from Germany and the Benelux countries. This role involves close collaboration with international partners, documentation handling, and cost control.
About the Role:
As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing transportation activities from Germany and the Benelux region. You’ll ensure smooth cargo movement, maintain documentation accuracy, and communicate effectively with clients and partners across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate transportation from Germany and Benelux countries
- Ensure efficient cargo flow and manage all required documentation
- Communicate with clients and partners in Lithuania and abroad
- Negotiate with carriers and monitor transport costs
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Experience in transport/logistics (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
