Translogica Application Manager

We’re looking for a Translogica Application Manager who enjoys being the person who makes everything work. If you like owning a key system, improving it, and making sure the business can rely on it every single day, this role will fit you well. Translogica will sit at the core of our logistics setup, and you’ll be the one ensuring it runs smoothly - from the small fixes to the bigger improvements.

Your job

As part of the application management team, you are one of the go-to persons for all things Translogica. Some days you’ll support colleagues, solve user issues and in collaboration with the business change management team define best practices to use Translogica in the best way possible. On others, you’ll be coordinating upgrades, managing integrations, or turning business requirements into solutions that actually make sense to the end user – our business.

As this is a new application, you’ll have the unique opportunity to set the standards, structure, and ways of working from the ground up. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand what they need, and with vendors and partners when something requires deeper technical adjustments. Keeping an eye on performance will be part of your routine - spotting bottlenecks, suggesting smarter workflows, and making sure the platform stays stable, secure, and compliant.

You are the the go-to person for the functional and technical part of the Translogica rollout. You guard that everything is in place to ensure the implementation lands smoothly across teams and locations. As part of this, you’ll travel to different sites to support the roll-out, deliver training, and help users get the most out of the system.

…and because continuous improvement is part of the role, you’ll be the one spotting opportunities for smarter processes long before they’re on anyone else’s radar.

You bring

You have experience working with applications - ideally Translogica or a similar logistics platform - and you understand how transportation and logistics processes work on a daily basis. Troubleshooting, configuration, integrations: none of it scares you. You communicate well, manage stakeholders with ease, and know how to juggle several tasks without losing your overview.

Most importantly, you’re someone who takes ownership. You’re confident being responsible for a core system that the business depends on. You like solving problems, improving things, and keeping a system in shape you can proudly stand behind. And when something isn’t working as it should, you don’t wait - you fix, coordinate, investigate, or escalate. In short: you keep things moving.
