Senior Program Manager – Group WMS Transformation

 NTG Road & Logistics is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Group WMS Transformation initiative across Europe: someone who thrives where warehouse operations meet technology, where processes meet reality, and where a growing European logistics group needs a blueprint for the next level. 

 You will lead one of NTG's most important operational transformation initiatives, defining the future warehouse operating model and driving the selection, implementation and rollout of a group-wide WMS platform across multiple countries and entities.

 NTG Road & Logistics is at a defining moment. Our European footprint is growing fast through acquisitions and expansion, and we now need to shift from many local warehouse setups to one shared, scalable way of working. 

 To unlock the next level, we must build a unified warehouse model that aligns processes, systems and operations across countries - and this is where you come in. 

 As Senior Program Manager, you will set the direction for how NTG’s warehouses operate going forward: defining the operating model, leading the selection of a groupwide WMS platform, and preparing the foundation for a structured rollout across entities and countries. 

 Reporting to the Head of BCM & Integrations, you will work closely with Group IT, Finance, Operations and local management teams across Europe. Based at NTG’s headquarters in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, this is a role with broad influence - and real ownership. 

Your mission 

You will lead the transformation program from strategy and design through vendor selection, implementation planning and future rollout preparation: 

• Define NTG’s future warehouse operating model 

• Standardise core warehouse processes across entities 

• Lead the selection and implementation of a groupwide WMS platform 

• Ensure strong alignment with TMS, Finance and Integrations 

• Build a scalable capability that works across multiple locations 

• Prepare the foundation and roadmap for future rollout 

• Establish program governance and decision-making structures 

• Manage vendor selection and strategic supplier relationships 

• Drive stakeholder alignment across countries and business units 

• Develop rollout methodology and deployment roadmap 

• Define standards, KPIs and performance measures for warehouse operations 

• Lead change management and adoption activities 

This role isn’t about maintaining or optimising. It’s about designing the model, selecting the systems, and ensuring every future site benefits from your decisions. 

The profile that can make it happen 

 You bring 7–15 years of experience leading logistics, supply chain or technology-enabled transformation initiatives. You have successfully driven complex programs involving operating model design, process standardization, systems implementation and organizational change across multiple sites, business units or countries. 

 You understand how operations, technology and organizational change interact, and you can align stakeholders ranging from warehouse managers and operational teams to IT, Finance and senior leadership. 

 You have led large-scale WMS, operational excellence or supply chain transformation programs and understand the challenges of creating alignment across diverse entities, countries and operating models. You know how to challenge legacy setups without disrupting the flow, and you’re quick at turning business needs into clear processes and system requirements. 

 You are a strong program leader who thrives in ambiguity and can create structures where none exists. You know how to build alignment, establish governance, manage competing priorities and drive decisions in complex stakeholder environments.
