 The NTG transformation you will lead

 NTG Road & Logistics is at a defining moment. Our European footprint is growing fast through acquisitions and expansion, and we now need to shift from many local warehouse setups to one shared, scalable way of working. To unlock the next level, we must build a unified warehouse model that aligns processes, systems and operations across countries - and this is where you come in.

As Program Lead, you will set the direction for how NTG’s warehouses operate going forward: defining the operating model, leading the selection of a groupwide WMS platform, and preparing the foundation for a structured rollout across entities and countries. You will work with local leaders, Group IT, Finance and operational specialists to turn a diverse network of sites into a unified, futureready setup. Based at NTG’s headquarters in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, this is a role with broad influence - and real ownership.

Your mission

 You will lead the initiative from definition to decision, and it includes:

• Define NTG’s future warehouse operating model
• Standardise core warehouse processes across entities
• Lead the selection and implementation of a groupwide WMS platform
• Ensure strong alignment with TMS, Finance and Integrations
• Build a scalable capability that works across multiple locations
• Prepare the foundation and roadmap for future rollout

This role isn’t about maintaining or optimising. It’s about designing the model, selecting the systems, and ensuring every future site benefits from your decisions.

The profile that can make it happen

You’ve clocked 5–10 years in the warehouse and logistics trenches – the kind that comes from standing in the middle of a busy operation and still being able to see the bigger picture.

You understand how processes, systems and organisations fit together, and you can switch fluently between talking operations on the floor and integrations with IT.

You’ve driven WMS initiatives, shaped operating models, and navigated multi-site environments where each location has its own way of doing things. You know how to challenge legacy setups without disrupting the flow, and you’re quick at turning business needs into clear processes and system requirements.

You lead with credibility and calm. You cut through complexity, keep people aligned, and push progress even when there are many stakeholders – and even more opinions.
