  • Act as key link between IT, Business Units and external partners, communicating roadmaps, risks, and progress
  • Implement standards, best practices, and training to secure consistent system usage and adoption across entities.
  • Optimize costs by reviewing pricing, allocations, and platform investments.

About NTG

NTG is a global logistics company with activities in more than 26 countries. We work across road, air, and sea freight, making sure complex logistics solutions work in practice. Our everyday reality is fast-moving, and that’s exactly where we thrive.

NTG’s IT environment spans multiple business areas, platforms, and local requirements across more than 26 countries. Each system has its own roadmap and pace of change, but they all need to function as a stable, coherent ecosystem that can support NTG’s continued growth.

Who are you?
You bring at least five years of experience from a senior role within IT Business Services, application management, or a similar field – preferably within an international and complex organisation.

You take ownership, make informed decisions, and are able to balance governance requirements with practical execution.

You communicate clearly, establish trust quickly, and ensure that stakeholders, systems, and projects move in the right direction.

You value standards, good governance, and scalable solutions, while maintaining a collaborative and people focused approach. You are comfortable navigating complex system environments and ensuring coherence across platforms and processes.

Fluency in English is required, and Danish is considered an advantage.

Ready to lead this agenda?

As NTG grows, so must the systems and structures that support us.

If you’re energised by complexity, driven by impact, and excited to build the platforms that make a global business run smarter and scale stronger, then you might be exactly the person we’re looking for.

Please send us your application and CV, and let us know why you are the right person for this role.
