Job description

• Lead implementation projects in various countries (e.g., GAP analysis, setup, etc.).
• Assist in implementing best practices.
• Conduct user training across Europe, Asia, and the US.
• Collaborate with the Business team to analyze business logic and optimize workflows.
• Oversee and follow up on pre-agreed CargoWise processes.
• Provide first-line support to NTG’s CargoWise users.
• Manage user accounts within the application.
• Some travel activity may be required.
• You will also be supported by a comprehensive IT Business Team.
