About the program

The freight forwarding trainee program lasts two years, during which you will learn everything about planning, selling transport and logistics solutions, and managing international road transport. Along the way, you will attend seven to nine weeks of school at IBC or Roskilde Business College; the rest of the time, you will play a central role in ensuring that logistics run smoothly with us.

At NTG Road, you will become part of a team of skilled freight forwarders who are not afraid to take unconventional approaches to find the best solutions. The transport industry is an environment where you must be strategic, solution-oriented, and act with precision – much like in a competitive situation. We expect you to take ownership and always keep the goal in mind. As an international company with a presence in several countries, we also offer potential opportunities for secondments abroad, giving you the chance to work in different cultures and environments.

• Speaks Ukrainian, Polish, and English – then we’re on the right track

You don’t need to know all the solutions in advance. We will teach you everything you need and tailor a trainee program that provides you with a solid foundation for the future.

Your background

To become a freight forwarding trainee, you must have completed one of the following educations:

• HHX, EUX, or EUD-S (Direct access)

• STX, HTX, or HF (Requires an additional 5-week EUS course)
