The Position

We are currently looking for a Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer to join our newly established BI team at our Global Headquarters in Hvidovre (Copenhagen), Denmark. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain our Data Warehouse platform
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines in DBT
• Design and create Analytics Models for consumption in PowerBI
• Collaborate with business users to create concise and meaningful data assets that fit our platform architecture
• Advise on the design, and optimization of our data storage solutions, ensuring best practices are followed and influencing the strategic direction of our Data Warehouse.

You will work closely with our Head of Group Business Intelligence to support our broader organization within IT, Finance and operations.

The Candidate

• Possess a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience with solutions like Snowflake, Databricks hosted on one of the big cloud providers (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, dbt
• Data modelling and schema design for relational databases
• Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus
