Consultant – Business Change Management (BCM)
People don’t resist change - they resist uncertainty. And sometimes, a system rollout or new process can make the whole team feel like the ground is shifting faster than they can keep up.
We’re looking for a Business Change Management Consultant who can bring clarity when things are moving, who can guide teams through the “what now?” moments, and who can help turn new processes into habits that last.
Someone who doesn’t just support the journey - but helps drive it forward.
Your role in NTG’s transformation
NTG Nordic Transport Group is scaling rapidly across Europe - not just in size, but in ambition.
We’re rolling out new systems, harmonising processes and building a stronger, more connected operating model across entities. It’s an exciting moment of growth, but also one that demands clarity, alignment and a steady hand.
As a Business Change Management Consultant, you become a key player in making this transformation work in reality. You operate at the intersection of people, processes and technology - helping ensure that what we design centrally becomes something teams can rely on locally.
What you’ll be driving:
- Drive AS‑IS mapping and design of TO‑BE processes through interviews and workshops – ensuring alignment with NTG’s Operating Model
- Turn strategy into clear, actionable change and communication plans
- Perform impact and readiness assessments; identify risks, and define mitigation actions
- Lead preparation and delivery of change communication, training content and stakeholder updates
- Guide local teams through transitions, go-lives and stabilisation phases
- Coordinate follow-ups, track progress and report adoption metrics
As you lead local teams through transitions and rollouts, this role involves frequent travel, as many activities take place on-site across Europe.
Success in this role means driving real, measurable progress - with high process and system adoption across entities, fewer manual corrections and errors, faster stabilisation after go‑lives, improved data quality at source, and a more consistent execution of our Operating Model.
What it takes to navigate this role
You’re comfortable operating where the map isn’t fully drawn yet - and instead of waiting for direction, you help sketch the route forward. You bring experience from business transformation, whether through system implementations, process harmonisation or operational change, and you know how to break down processes, identify dependencies and design smarter, more consistent ways of working across entities.
Clear communication, early stakeholder engagement and translating plans into concrete actions are all part of how you work. Just as importantly, you’re able to turn analysis into something teams can apply in practice -whether through workshops, documentation, on‑site coaching or ongoing dialogue with key users.
You work in a structured, forward‑driven way. You stay ahead of risks, keep momentum across stakeholders and balance hands‑on follow‑up with an understanding of the broader operational impact. You bring strong system literacy - especially within TMS - and you’re used to working hands‑on with business systems like TMS, ERP or WMS, as well as tools such as Microsoft 365, Visio and Excel.
Systems are not secondary here; they’re essential to how you drive adoption.
Above all, you combine analytical thinking with a practical, people‑oriented approach. You’re motivated by seeing change take root -not just planned but adopted and lived in everyday operations.
Want to help the people of NTG succeed with change?
If you enjoy turning twists and uncertainty into clear paths, helping new ways of working become second nature, and being part of a European organisation charting bold new routes, you’ll feel right at home. Here, you’ll be at the wheel, guiding the journey from first insights to full adoption.
If this sounds like the challenge you’ve been looking for, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Send us your application and CV - and tell us why you’re the right person to support NTG’s transformation journey.
