Business Process Manager

As Business Process Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for documenting and improving how NTG works across its 82 entities worldwide. You’ll support the development of clear, efficient business processes that help connect people, systems, and operations across the organization.
The role
As part of Group Business Change Management, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how large-scale business processes are managed in an international company. You’ll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to map workflows, update documentation, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in documenting and maintaining NTG’s core business processes.
- Map workflows and help identify areas for improvement.
- Support the rollout of new processes and ensure they are clearly communicated.
- Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to align processes with digital systems.
- Maintain version control and keep process libraries up to date.
- Create and format visual materials and documentation for training and communication.
- Collect feedback from users and integrate insights from local experts to improve clarity and usability.
- Help develop templates and best practices to support consistent process management.
- Develop and deliver training materials aligned with documented processes.
- Support rollout activities including training, coordination, and project support.
About you
You’re curious about how organizations work and enjoy creating structure that helps others do their jobs more easily. You may have some experience with business process management or training development, or you’ve worked with process documentation in a project or internship setting.
You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, making it easy for you to map workflows and spot areas for improvement. You’re a proactive communicator who likes working with people across departments and learning how different parts of the business fit together.
You take pride in doing things thoroughly and accurately - you’re reliable, service-minded, and have a genuine sense of ownership and accountability for your work. You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and respectful of the experience and insights of colleagues in operations. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Organizational Development, or a related field provides a solid foundation for this role. If you’re familiar with Transport Management Systems (TMS) or process rollout methodologies, that’s a plus - but not a requirement.
