Business Central 365 Supporter

Your role
As a BC365 Supporter, you will become part of a small, dedicated team ensuring that Business Central 365 works reliably across the NTG Group. You will support new companies during onboarding, help users build confidence in the system, and act as the link between people, processes, and platforms.
No two days follow the same route. One day you’re training a team in Asia, the next you’re supporting a colleague in the US via the Service Desk, and the day after you might be helping a newly acquired company with the implementation of BC365.
Occasionally, this also involves travelling to ensure everything works on-site.
In short: you help create flow, structure, and clarity - and make BC365 easy to use for colleagues around the world.
Your key responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Business Central 365 when onboarding new companies
- Managing and contributing to BC365-related projects
- Train and educate finance colleagues across multiple time zones
- Handle daily questions and support users in their work
- Collaborate with teams across countries – occasionally on site
Who are you?
You have 3–4 years of experience within accounting or bookkeeping and a solid understanding of Business Central 365. Experience with Navision (2013 or newer) is a plus.
You are curious about how systems fit together and enjoy understanding why things work the way they do. You like helping others – and take pride in making colleagues comfortable and confident in the system.
You stay calm when tasks pile up, maintain an overview, prioritise effectively, and deliver high quality, even at a high pace. You are service‑minded by nature and have a genuine interest in IT and financial processes.
And since the job spans time zones and cultures, you’re comfortable speaking English daily and navigating an international environment with ease and curiosity.
