We are now looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant who values precision, enjoys responsibility, and wants their work to have real impact in an international environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Invoice booking in automatic invoice scanning system (Medius)
• Booking of invoices in transport management system (Xsped, CargoWise)
• Booking in ERP system (Business Central 365)
• Self billing and expense booking
• Following up on the cost invoices
• Updating master data in the ERP system
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Communication with external and internal stakeholders

What Will Help You Succeed
You have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting as a minimum. You should also have experience with accounting software and ERP systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• High level of spoken and written English is a must
• Finance/Accounting education
• Previous experience 2+ years under IFRS/US GAAP
• Good Excel skills
• Attention to details
• Team player
• Willingness to learn, adapt and suggest improvements.
