The decentralised setup is backed by centralised group-wide support providing IT systems and support, legal assistance, and general administration to ensure consistency in quality and service towards customers across the Group.

With our Partnership Model, many of NTG’s operational subsidiaries have been or are partly owned by employees – the partners. This decentralised business model based on employee co-ownership makes the uniqueness of NTG.

Through the Partnership Model, NTG combines the scale advantages of a large company with an entrepreneurial mindset, empowering people and encouraging an adaptive, agile, and customer-oriented business conduct.

In the partner-driven subsidiaries (PADS), the parent company NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S always keeps a shareholding of at least 51%, and often even more. Moreover, the parent company is a publicly listed company on Nasdaq Copenhagen.

NTG operates within the two divisions Road & logistics and Air & Ocean and offers the full range of freight services and end-to-end solutions within Europe and across the globe.

With offices in Europe, USA, and East Asia, the Air & Ocean division has a global footprint. The Road & Logistics division is widely represented with operational offices in most European countries.
