NTG Projects A/S is looking for a Senior Sales Executive specializing in Project Cargo to join the Business Development Team in a professional fast paced office in the heart of Barcelona or in a hybrid setup.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you won't just be selling freight; you will be architecting logistics solutions for some of the most challenging project flows from ODC, Heavy Lifts to DG loads and shipping by MPV/ Roro and Air Charters. Leverage your existing network in Renewable Energy, Industrial, Marine Offshore, Oil & Gas sectors to secure project logistics contract through proactive client acquisition & relationship management.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with at least five years of solid sales experience within the MNC freight forwarding sector - someone who knows the industry inside out and thrives in it.
You bring hands‑on expertise in Break Bulk and Heavy Lift operations, backed by a strong client network across the EU and Iberian markets. And you are comfortable working hands‑on with both CRM and ERP systems.
