TMS / IT support

We are looking to expand our TMS support team in Estonia. Do you have the skills, patience and energy to be part of that team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support NTGs TMS users either by phone, email
  • Review, renew and update training materials and manuals on a regular basis to provide optimum support based on new developments
  • Help implement best practice and train the users across Europe
  • Study our users business logics and technical environment to constantly bring new ideas and solutions.
  • Study our TMS System to become an expert and most trusted user

Skills you should have:

  • Have good English language skills (goth written and spoken)
  • Be an experienced computer user.
  • Experience from the transport industry would be beneficial, but is not a requirement
  • Have previous working experience and/or education in IT support area.
  • Have solution oriented mindset and ability to prioritize your tasks.
  • Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it.
  • Finally and most importantly you need to be a good listener with a positive attitude. ​
