Business Developer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and driving the company’s expansion. Role includes researching comodities, developing strategies, negotiating deals, and supporting sales efforts to increase revenue and strengthen the company’s market presence.
About the job:
- Research information to uncover potencial customers in Lithuania and Baltics.
- Actively find and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and visits.
- Present company services to potential customers and develop unique sales propositions outlying the benefits of our services.
- Prepare and lead negotiations, crafting win-win deals and sealing agreements.
- Build long term partnerships with potential customers,
- Pro-actively manage the integration of new business accounts with the internal departments to ensure smooth agreement implementation.
- Track performance of main KPIs and take necessary improvement actions.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 2 year of experience in B2B sales and/or business development.
- Excellent sales, negotiations, communication and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record in maintaining good relationships and fulfilling customers’ needs.
- Ability to present yourself, also open and enjoying interaction with people.
- Valid driving licence
