Peter Grubert joined NTG in 2020 as Executive Vice President. From 2014-2020, he served on the Board of Directors of NTG and chaired the IPO Committee in connection with the listing of NTG in 2019. He has more than 30 years of experience as an attorney-at-law, working primarily with M&A and corporate and commercial law. As an attorney-at-law, he has been admitted to the Danish Supreme Court. Peter Grubert holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen and a Graduate Diploma (HD) in finance from Copenhagen Business School. Peter Grubert has been an external lecturer in Mergers & Acquisitions at the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School.
